We ship worldwide. Each order is prepared and shipped once at week after the payment has been confirmed. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
To guarantee the delivery of your order, it is essential that you fill in the shipping address completely and correctly. It is advisable to indicate a phone number. Once the order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email.
Keep in mind that if you are outside the EU, you are responsible for paying customs taxes at the time of delivery of the order.

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
